After four years of college I got my Bachelors Degree in Media Production Management and like most graduates, I applied for as many relevant jobs as possible. Media businesses, production companies, broadcast agencies, you name it. No where would give me a chance because I had no prior experience.

So what do you do when no business is willing to give you a chance?

You start your own.

I set up AMD Media in 2021 specialising in two of my biggest passions in life Photography & Videography. I have since then had the opportunity to work with other business owners, helping them grow their own businesses by creating both video and photo content.

In the end, the rejection I received after I finished college was the best thing that could have happened to me. I’m now my own boss, doing what I love and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Moral of the story . . . If others don’t believe in you, believe in yourself, work hard and you will do amazing.
